1. Overview
At Solo Stove Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
- The item has not been assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or modification.
- Items without original packaging or missing parts.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@solostove.pk or call +92 300 1234567.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.
6. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Upon approval:
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in original condition within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund of the product price.
- Partial Refund: Items returned with missing accessories or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- JazzCash: Refund will be credited to your JazzCash account within 2-3 business days after processing.
- EasyPaisa: Refund will be credited to your EasyPaisa account within 2-3 business days after processing.
8. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective/damaged items. We will arrange for pickup and send a replacement.
9. Warranty Information
- Fire Pits: Limited lifetime warranty on stainless steel body.
- Pizza Ovens: 1-year limited warranty.
- Griddles: 1-year limited warranty.
- Accessories: 90-day limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, damage from misuse, or alterations.
